We’ve stayed here more than a few times and will stay again. It’s comfortable and overall pretty clean. Good value. The location is good and quite (minus the occasional train horn); not sketchy at all. I would say there are some things that could be improved, but so far it’s nothing that would stop us from staying there when we come to town.

I didn't request a quiet room, but it was quiet. I marked yes so it wouldn't negatively affect the rating I'm giving. When we first got into our room, I had actually stated that I wished we were staying longer than one night because it was amazing. Besides the sheets not being fully on one of the beds, I really have no complaints. The room was clean. The staff was nice. The complimentary breakfast was fully stocked and tasted great. The front desk answered any questions I had. The pool was open and clean.

First room the fridge didn't work, then they moved us to another room, TV was not working and toilet flooded the bathroom, and the shower I asked for was only in the first room. Staff was accommodating and friendly, but I was unable to shower for the entire stay.

Bed was Comfortable & I did like that the lady on night shift came to room to try to adjust temperature (didn’t work however) & she brought blanket for bed. she also brought us the toilet tissue & extra towel.

I booked online and made it to the hotel around 11pm. Check in was super quick! My room was right next to the elevator (which was an unexpected bonus since my husband is disabled and has difficulty walking long distances). Our room was very spacious! I would’ve have rated it a 10 but the coffee maker was missing a piece to hold the pod in place and I couldn’t make coffee in my room. However, the free breakfast was FABULOUS!!! The sausage gravy and biscuits were delicious and my girls thoroughly enjoyed being able to make their own waffles for breakfast! The variety of juices and drink choices was beyond my expectations. My family and I really enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was in a great location. Right off the highway, but enough that it wasnt noisy. Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was freindly and helpful.

The hotel is pretty clean and a good value for the price point. This is the third time I’ve stayed there when visiting Alexandria. I would stay there again.
